We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our HOME healthcare team . The RN will provide direct patient care, ensure a safe and effective treatment environment, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in patient assessment, critical thinking, and nursing interventions, while demonstrating excellent communication and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
:

Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and practices.

Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and health history.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.

Monitor patient progress and vital signs, adjusting care plans as necessary.

Provide wound care, assist with mobility, and manage pain control as required.
Collaboration & Communication

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.

Document patient information and nursing interventions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system.

Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and recovery.
Compliance & Safety

Ensure adherence to all hospital, state, and national healthcare regulations and standards.

Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines to prevent the spread of infection.

Report any changes in patient condition to the attending physician or healthcare team.
Patient Advocacy

Advocate for patients' rights and well-being, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate care.

Qualifications
Education
:

Bachelorโs Degree in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution.
Licensure & Certification
