Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Staff Nurse – OT to join our Operation Theatre team. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality perioperative nursing care and ensuring patient safety before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures
• Prepare OT, instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies
• Maintain strict aseptic and infection control protocols
• Perform pre-operative and post-operative patient care
• Ensure proper documentation of OT records
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies
• Maintain OT cleanliness and safety standards
• Follow hospital policies and NABH/quality guidelines

Eligibility / Qualifications

• GNM / BSc Nursing (Mandatory)
• Kerala Nursing Council / State Nursing Council Registration Certificate – Mandatory
• OT training or OT experience preferred

Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in Operation Theatre

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
