Duties and responsibilities
The Undergraduate Registration Senior Specialist’s is expected to professionally perform the following tasks under the direct supervision of the Undergraduate Registration Supervisor and in doing so s/he is encouraged to ‘work outside the box’ within reason. Below tasks listing is according to priority and is subject to development/expansion according to the Registrar Office development and possible university bylaws/policies amendments:
- Offering direct client services the students
- Students Classes/Exams Absence Reporting and Excuses Submission
- Arabic Language and Religion Studies Credential Fulfillment
- Study Group/Faculty/Major Change Requests
- Students Registration Data Entry & Revision / Graduation Portal Services:
- Semester Season Drop and Re-enrolment Services
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications required to successfully perform the job of the Undergraduate Registration Senior Specialist:
Education
- Primary teaching language at High School is English – a must
- Attainment of University/College Degree – a must
Specialized knowledge
- Prior knowledge of high school educational systems – preferable
Skills
- Very good English language command – spoken and written
- Fast typing skills (English and preferable Arabic)
- Microsoft office and outlook (emailing) competency
- Very good communication skills – to be interactive with various staff members (face-to-face and over the phone)
Experience
- Strong background in the educational/customer service field
