What You’ll Do:

Welcome and register patients at multiple locations

Verify insurance, income, and eligibility for services

Manage appointments and send reminders

Navigate multiple platforms

Support patient flow and readiness

Maintain accurate records in our electronic system

Assist with community outreach and transportation scheduling

Handle service payments and inbound calls

Collaborate with care teams to coordinate services
What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED
-
Bilingual Required
-
6+ months of experience in customer service, healthcare, dental, or clerical work
-
Friendly, organized, and team-oriented
-
Reliable Transportation required.
Key Duties
-
Act as patient/client receptionist at multiple locations. Greet patients, initiates and distributes appropriate forms.

Register clients/patients for multiple clinic services/programs by obtaining and verifying required demographic, insurance and financial information including income information to determine eligibility for services/ pay status based on established standards.

Accurately maintain patient appointment system. Verify patient/client appointments, schedule initial and subsequent appointments. Initiate/conduct appointment reminders and document missed appointments

Assist to maintain patient flow into clinic by directing patients to appropriate clinic location, monitoring waiting rooms, and patient readiness.

Assemble various forms required by program and service standards to record client information and services rendered to establish a medical record

Enter and verify patient data and notes in the electronic record systems

Assist with occasional community outreach activities

Schedule transportation for patients (e.g. Uber and Lyft)

Collect, process, reconcile and account for dental service fees
-
Addresses needs and concerns and handles inbound calls and messaging in EMR system.

Assisting new and existing patients by providing excellent customer service including but not limited to evaluating patient’s needs and following established protocols and guidelines to provide patient-focused service.
