Corporate – Regulatory Reporting


Overview:

We are a global financial services organization with a strong presence across major international markets. The Corporate Finance division manages trading and product control, group financial reporting, management information, planning, funding strategy, and regulatory compliance.

The Regulatory Reporting team is a key function within Finance, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely submission of regulatory reports, monitoring internal capital and leverage ratios, and enhancing the firm’s regulatory compliance framework.


Role Summary:

The role involves preparing and reviewing complex regulatory calculations under the Basel III framework and ensuring compliance with EMEA regulatory requirements. The position demands strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and effective collaboration across teams in multiple locations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and validate capital adequacy metrics, including:
  • Counterparty credit risk, market risk, and settlement risk calculations
  • Capital deductions and RWA movement analysis
  • Prepare and review COREP and other EMEA regulatory reports
  • Collaborate with Risk and Finance teams for data validation and reporting accuracy
  • Support process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: CA / CFA / MBA (Finance); FRM preferred
  • Experience: 3–5 years in regulatory reporting, finance, or investment banking
  • Strong knowledge of the Basel framework and financial products
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, VBA, and SQL preferred
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver accurate results
