We are seeking a
Regulatory Affairs and Commercial Operations Specialist
for our client in the cosmetics and personal care industry. This role focuses on managing product registration, licensing, and compliance processes, ensuring all products meet legal and industry standards. The ideal candidate has strong experience in regulatory affairs, excellent coordination with official authorities, and the ability to integrate regulatory activities with commercial operations.
Responsibilities

Manage licensing processes related to the Ministry of Health and the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency (TİTCK), including production, import, and product registration licenses.

Prepare, collect, and archive all necessary documentation for license applications and renewals.

Ensure that supply and import processes comply with the regulations of relevant health authorities.

Conduct correspondence and maintain communication with domestic and international regulatory bodies.

Prepare and submit reports requested by health authorities in a timely manner.

Manage procurement processes with domestic and international suppliers for raw materials and packaging components, ensuring favorable pricing and delivery conditions.

Coordinate logistics and transportation activities related to imports.

Monitor raw material inventory and collaborate with warehouse teams to prevent overstock or shortages.

Handle and follow up on all customs procedures for imported raw materials and packaging components.

Prepare and review customs documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and permits.

Collaborate with shipping agents and customs brokers to ensure smooth operations.

Stay up to date with customs regulations and ensure accurate implementation.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Food Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in regulatory affairs or commercial operations within the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or personal care industry.

Strong knowledge of requirements and procedures of health authorities, particularly TİTCK.

Proven experience in international procurement, customs, and import operations.

Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

Fluency in both written and spoken Turkish and English.
