Location: Fort Worth, Texas (onsite)
Department: Compliance & Human Resources
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on experience

About the Role

We’re seeking a Regulatory Compliance & HR Coordinator to join our team and play a critical role in supporting our compliance program. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in compliance with industry regulations while also supporting HR and administrative needs.

This is not just an admin role — it’s a chance to build a career in compliance within the collections and financial services industry. You’ll work closely with compliance leadership on audits, policies, risk management, and staff training initiatives.


What You’ll Do

Compliance (Primary Focus):

  • Support the company’s compliance program under FDCPA, Reg F, TCPA, and FCRA.
  • Track employee compliance training, certifications, and renewals.
  • Maintain compliance manuals, policies, and reporting logs.
  • Monitor communications to ensure compliance with disclosure and frequency requirements.
  • Assist in handling complaints, disputes, and compliance investigations.

HR & Administrative Support (Secondary Focus):

  • Support onboarding by ensuring compliance training and HR files are complete.
  • Maintain organized personnel records.
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and compliance dashboards.
  • Provide general HR support.
  • Perform general office tasks (filing, scheduling, supplies)
  • Coordinate office/vendor communications and maintain organization
  • Assist management with reports, forms, and data entry
  • Support day-to-day operational efficiency and documentation

✅ Must-Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative, HR, or compliance support
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn about debt collection regulations (FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written)

  • Bonus Points
  • Associate’s degree or higher in HR, Business, Legal Studies, or related field
  • Prior experience in a collection agency or financial services environment
  • Working knowledge of multi-state licensing requirements
  • Experience with HRIS, compliance management software, or CRM systems
    • BambooHR and HubSpot are a plus!
  • Basic knowledge of employment law or regulatory audits
  • Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain one
