Regulatory Compliance Officer (Pharm D + LLB)

Nutrifactor Laboratories Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly qualified Regulatory Compliance Officer to oversee regulatory and compliance activities across our product portfolio. This role requires expertise in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical regulations and healthcare law to ensure all products meet national and international compliance standards.

Candidates with a legal qualification (LLB) in addition to a pharmacy degree will be given strong preference.

Key Responsibilities

Manage regulatory, and compliances across nutraceutical, skincare, and sports nutrition products, providing guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and standards, and liaising with regulatory authorities to maintain organizational compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) from a recognized institution.
• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification preferred.
• Strong understanding of nutraceutical, cosmetic, and sports nutrition regulations, healthcare law, and compliance frameworks.
• Prior experience in Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, or Legal Affairs within pharma, nutraceutical, or cosmetic industries is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
