Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and excellence in all client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in sales management, business development, and strategic planning
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market and applicable regulatory frameworks
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages such as Dutch, German, Polish, Turkish, or French.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 per month
