Relationship Manager

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Our client, an international investment group, is looking to add a Relationship Manager to their team.

This is a fully remote position covering Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Fundraising & Capital Raising: Lead fundraising efforts by building strong relationships with investors, institutions, and partners.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with investors, ensuring consistent communication and trust.
  • Deal Sourcing & Execution: Identify potential opportunities, engage with companies, and support the full fundraising lifecycle.
  • Market Development: Actively expand the group’s network across the GCC region, introducing new opportunities and partnerships.
  • Performance Tracking: Report on fundraising progress, investor pipeline, and deal activity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior management to develop strategies for growth and expansion.


About You:

  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager / Fundraising Professional / Investment Manager with a minimum of 5+ years in the field.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully fundraise significant amounts (please be ready to share track record: total amount raised, number of companies supported, and size of deals closed).
  • Strong network across investors, institutions, and companies in the GCC is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting trust with stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
