Hiring: Field Sales Executive (Relationship Manager – New Car Sales)

Locations:

Old Madras Road, Avalahalli – 30 openings

Bannerghatta Road – 10 openings (8 days training at Avalahalli branch)

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Meet prospective customers & explain new car models/offers

Build & maintain customer relationships

Achieve monthly sales targets

Coordinate with dealership team for smooth delivery & after-sales support

Handle customer queries & ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

2-Wheeler & valid 2-Wheeler license (Mandatory)

4-Wheeler license (Added advantage)

Minimum Education: 2nd PUC (12th Pass)

Languages: Kannada (Mandatory), Good communication in English

Experience: Auto Sales / Non-Auto Sales (Minimum 1 Year)

Salary & Benefits:

Non-Auto Sales Exp: Up to ₹25,000 Gross

Auto Sales Exp: Up to ₹30,000 Gross

Petrol Allowance: ₹100/day (on field days)

Incentives: Avg. ₹30,000+ on 3+ car sales/month (T&C apply)

Total average earnings ₹45,000 – ₹60,000+ per month

PF, ESIC, Insurance, Gratuity & Statutory Bonus
