Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Relationship Manager to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding and managing channel partners (brokers/agents), assisting in sales closures, maintaining a broker database, and following up on client site visits to ensure high conversion rates. This role demands strong relationship-building skills, a good understanding of the real estate market, and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Partner Onboarding & Management:
  • Identify, approach, and empanel new channel partners (brokers, agents, consultants).
  • Conduct onboarding sessions to educate channel partners on company projects and offerings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to drive consistent business.
  • Sales Support:
  • Assist the sales team during client meetings, site visits, and negotiation processes.
  • Support in driving revenue through channel sales by coordinating with partners and internal teams.
  • Database Management:
  • Build and maintain an updated and organized broker/channel partner database.
  • Track performance metrics of individual channel partners to optimize effectiveness.
  • Client Coordination & Follow-ups:
  • Follow up with clients post-site visits to address queries, share information, and support decision-making.
  • Coordinate between clients, brokers, and internal sales teams for smooth closures.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, channel management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and database management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
  • Good knowledge of local real estate market and trends.

Pay: ₹21,127.94 - ₹35,000.00 per month
