Relationship Manager – Healthcare Sector

Role Overview

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to drive business development, enhance patient engagement, establish hospital partnerships, and work in Jharkhand, West Bengal, Bihar, and Delhi. The role involves networking with hospitals, doctors, and patients while supporting day-to-day operations and outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and manage relationships with patients, doctors, and hospitals.

* Coordinate patient care logistics, hospital collaborations and non-clinical operations.

* Support local marketing, outreach, and branding activities.

* Handle patient queries and ensure smooth service delivery.

* Prepare regular reports on business development and relationship progress.

Requirements

* Graduate in Business, Healthcare, or related field.

* 1–5 years’ experience in healthcare, pharma, insurance, or hospital operations.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

* Willingness to travel; knowledge of Hindi and English required.

Location: Jharkhand, West Bengal, Bihar, Delhi-NCR (with travel for hospital visits & outreach)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
