Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our team in leading banking companies in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), Ultra high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) by providing tailored wealth management solutions and exceptional service. This role requires strong financial acumen, relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of investment products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with HNW clients to understand their financial goals and provide customized investment solutions.
• Grow and maintain a portfolio of affluent clients by offering holistic Investment management services including investment advisory, equity & debt products, bonds, insurance, estate planning, and structured products.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and proactively suggest portfolio rebalancing and enhancements in line with market trends.
• Collaborate with product specialists and internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance, AML, KYC, and other regulatory requirements
• Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market intelligence.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global financial markets and investment products.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field (CFA, CFP, or equivalent preferred).
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in wealth management or private banking, preferably in the GCC/UAE region.
• Proven track record in managing HNWI portfolios and achieving AUM growth targets.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning, and global markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
