The Opportunity:

We are seeking experienced and driven Real Estate Professionals to join our elite team as Off-Plan Property Sales Agents / Relationship Managers. If you’re passionate about real estate, thrive in a high-energy environment, and are eager to work with international investors, this is your chance to elevate your career.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers.
  • Understand client requirements and deliver tailored property solutions.

Market Expertise

  • Stay updated on Dubai’s off-plan real estate market, trends, and project launches.
  • Provide clients with insightful analysis and investment advice.

Sales & Negotiation

  • Arrange and conduct viewings, virtual or on-site.
  • Negotiate deals to achieve the best outcome for all parties.

Transaction Support

  • Guide clients through all stages of the sales process.
  • Ensure timely, smooth closing with full legal compliance.

Networking & Business Development

  • Attend real estate events and networking sessions.
  • Drive new leads and opportunities through proactive engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales
- Proven sales performance and customer relationship skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic, French, Persian, Russian, Dutch are a plus)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized
- Familiarity with Dubai’s property laws and developer ecosystem
