Job Title: Relations Manager – Real Estate

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Relations Manager to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service, and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will act as the key point of contact between clients and the company, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout the property buying or selling process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to provide clients with a smooth and efficient service experience.
  • Assist clients throughout their property journey — from initial inquiry to closing and after-sales support.
  • Organize and participate in client meetings, property visits, and follow-ups to build trust and rapport.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s property portfolio, market trends, and industry developments.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate client records, reports, and communication logs using CRM software.
  • Contribute to the development of customer engagement strategies to enhance retention and satisfaction.
  • Attend company meetings, training sessions, and industry events to strengthen relationships and stay updated on best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Relations Manager, Client Relationship Executive, or similar role, preferably in real estate or property management.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and handle a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Excellent presentation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
