The Role: Relationship Manager
As a Relationship Manager, you will be the face of Myfra Estates, responsible for the entire customer lifecycle—from initial inquiry and onboarding to ongoing property management support and business development. Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition & Management
- Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and comprehensive transition to Myfra Estates services.
- Inquiry Management: Attending to and managing all customer inquiries generated via Social Media campaigns and the company website, converting leads into clients.
- Post-Onboarding Care: Act as the dedicated point of contact for clients after onboarding, handling all service requests and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Customer Updates: Ensure timely monthly updates are provided to all onboarded customers regarding their properties and investment performance.
- Collections: Oversee and manage the timely collection of property maintenance fees from customers.
Business Development & Market Analysis
- Business Development: Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell Myfra Estates services to existing clients and expanding the customer base.
- Pricing Strategy: Conduct Property Price Benchmarking on a case-by-case basis to provide accurate, competitive, and data-driven advice to customers.
- Customer Engagement: Facilitate Virtual Meetings to introduce new services and conduct comprehensive Customer Meets (both in India and abroad) to strengthen relationships.
Marketing & Digital Presence
- Social Media Management: Actively manage and monitor the company's social media pages, including compiling weekly reports on performance and suggesting scope for improvements.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, providing insights and feedback to develop engaging Social Media creative
Qualifications & Skills
- [Min 1-2 years] of experience in Relationship Management, Key Account Management, or Business Development, preferably within the Real Estate or Financial Services sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction and sales targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in using CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for domestic and international meets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
