Job Summary

The Real Estate Development & Sales Relationship Manager is responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and supporting the development team in promoting real estate projects. This role focuses on building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, investors, and brokers, while achieving individual and team sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities for residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential buyers, investors, and business partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and project briefings to clients and investors.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes — from lead generation to deal closure and after-sales service.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the company for all sales-related inquiries.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, pricing, and availability.
  • Handle client feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

Coordination with Development & Marketing Teams

  • Collaborate with the project development team to understand project specifications, timelines, and features.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and events.
  • Participate in real estate exhibitions, roadshows, and open house events to attract buyers and investors.

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in CRM systems.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate B 2 B sales, property development relationship manager.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate sector.
  • Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is a plus.

  • Sales volume and revenue achieved.
  • Number of new clients acquired.
  • Client satisfaction and retention rate.
  • Accuracy of sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Contribution to project launch success and marketing events.
