About Role:


To build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. The Relationship Manager acts as the primary point of contact, guiding clients through property transactions, leasing, and investment decisions while aligning with company goals.


Key responsibilities:


Client Engagement & Retention


  • Serve as the main liaison for clients throughout the property lifecycle—from inquiry to closing.
  • Understand client needs and preferences to offer tailored property solutions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups, site visits, and relationship-building meetings.

Property Advisory


  • Provide expert guidance on property selection, pricing, market trends, and legal procedures.
  • Collaborate with sales, leasing, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Business Development


  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities through networking, referrals, and events.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and convert leads into long-term relationships.

Documentation & Compliance


  • Assist clients with documentation, contracts, and RERA compliance.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and CRM updates.
