Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Pan India Location. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored insurance product recommendations. Day-to-day tasks include client engagement, managing inquiries, supporting the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication, multitasking, and a solutions-driven attitude.
Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interactions

Experience in customer relationship management and client servicing

Knowledge of insurance products, Banking sector, Credit card selling, Home loans and the ability to assess customer needs

Negotiation and problem-solving abilities to deliver tailored solutions

Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields

Experience in the financial or insurance industry is advantageous
