Relationship Manager-401K Plans-Fresno, CA

Position Overview:

The Relationship Manager(retirement plans) will be part of the corporate retirement plan team working with business owners and employees. Responsibilities primarily focus on new business development support and employee education.

• Leads Day-to-day plan management and issue resolution for clients through coordination with service providers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assists with Trustee Meetings and participates in finals presentations as
• Leads employee education and enrollments in person and virtual. Provides plan investment related information and financial education to participants.
• Client management focused on communication, agreements, product development and problem resolution to guide retention.
• Coordinates plan conversion and termination
• Interfaces with service providers regarding processes and procedures and technology for plan sponsors and participants.
• Reviews client invoices and quarterly
• Assists team with training and collateral

Reports to: Director of Corporate Retirement Planning

What you bring:

• A. or B.S. degree from accredited four-year university; business major preferred.
• Series 65, CFP or CPA required.
• AIF and QKA designations preferred.
• 1-3 Years ERISA qualified retirement plan experience required.
• Commitment to acting in the clients’ best interests in a fee-only financial planning
• Respect for the confidentiality of client and corporate
• Strong financial and analytical
• Strong verbal and written communication
• An understanding of the fundamentals of investing, including the characteristics and use of various investment securities and the mechanics of securities
