Real Estate Development Relationship Manager | Atara Development

As a forward-thinking real estate developer, our portfolio spans iconic residential and mixed-use projects that embody innovation, quality, and community-centric design. We’re now looking for a Real Estate Development Relationship Manager to represent our projects, engage with clients, and drive sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent and sell premium off-plan residential projects
  • Conduct property viewings, deliver project presentations, and hold virtual/in-person client consultations
  • Build and maintain a network of high-net-worth clients and investors
  • Collaborate with marketing and development teams to plan and execute sales strategies
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brokers to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business


Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Dubai real estate development sales
  • Proven track record in selling off-plan properties
  • Established network of 150+ agencies & brokers
  • Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin, or French preferred)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
  • Available for immediate joining or short notice
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Salary:

12,000 AED fixed salary plus commission (0.8% Indirect, 3% direct sales)
