Relationship Manager (Female)

Role Summary

The Relationship Manager (Female) will serve as the primary point of contact and professional liaison between Kifayat Publishers and educational institutions across the assigned city. This role is central to driving academic sales growth, strengthening school partnerships, and ensuring the effective promotion and adoption of Kifayat Publishers' academic products and programs. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, confident communicator with a passion for education and a proven ability to build lasting institutional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. School Liaison & School Visits

  • Conduct regular, planned visits to assigned schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
  • Build and sustain strong professional relationships with Heads of Institutions, Principals, Academic Coordinators, and Head Teachers.
  • Maintain an updated school visit log and report on engagement activities, feedback, and opportunities.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all school queries, requests, and concerns related to Kifayat publications.
  • Identify and onboard new schools in the assigned territory to expand the publisher's institutional footprint.

2. Marketing of School Products

  • Effectively present and promote the full range of Kifayat Publishers' academic books, curriculum materials, and supplementary resources to school decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute city-level marketing strategies to drive product adoption and sales targets.
  • Distribute promotional materials, sample copies, and product catalogues to schools during visits.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor products and school preferences; relay findings to management.
  • Support order collection, follow-ups, and coordination with the sales team for timely order fulfilment.

3. Coordination of Training Workshops & Seminars

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage training workshops, teacher development seminars, and product launch events in schools and other venues.
  • Liaise with schools to confirm venue, participant lists, schedule, and logistics for all events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (editorial, academic, design) to prepare training content, presentations, and materials.
  • Ensure smooth execution of events on the day, including set-up, facilitation support, and post-event follow-up.
  • Maintain records of all workshops conducted, attendance, and feedback for reporting purposes.

4. Bridge between Publisher's Academic Office & School Academic Office

  • Serve as the strategic communication bridge between the Kifayat Publishers academic team and school academic departments.
  • Relay school feedback on curriculum alignment, content quality, and pedagogical needs to the publisher's editorial and academic teams.
  • Communicate publisher updates, new titles, curriculum changes, and policy matters to school academic coordinators in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate collaborative discussions between schools and the publisher for co-development of resources, pilots, and adoption programs.
  • Ensure academic queries from schools are resolved promptly by coordinating with relevant internal departments.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or additional qualification in Education Management will be preferred.

Experience

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in school liaison, academic sales, educational marketing, or institutional relationship management.
  • Prior experience in a publishing house, educational institution, or ed-tech company will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Urdu and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with diverse stakeholders.
  • Confident public speaker and presenter; comfortable with school audiences and senior management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple school accounts and events simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital communication tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city for school visits.
