Relationship Manager (Indirect Sales) - Real Estate

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies, brokers, and partner networks.
  • Provide agencies with marketing materials, assist in site visits, and address client inquiries.
  • Develop sales strategies and participate in exhibitions and networking events to promote off-plan projects.
  • Stay updated on real estate trends and competitor activities to provide market insights.
  • Achieve sales targets through indirect sales channels and prepare performance reports.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and assist agencies with contract documentation.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum three years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in indirect sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan property market.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Persian or French are a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and evenings when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
