Relationship Manager - Real Estate Developer

We are hiring an energetic and performance-driven Sales Relationship Manager to support and expand sales for our real estate development projects. This role is responsible for developing strong client and broker relationships, managing the end-to-end sales process, and converting leads into successful property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with brokers, channel partners, investors, and end clients.
  • Actively generate and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and deal closures.
  • Assess client requirements and propose suitable residential and commercial property options.
  • Conduct project presentations, site visits, and negotiations to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth booking, documentation, approval, and handover processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records, sales pipelines, and performance reports using CRM tools.
  • Provide consistent post-sales support to strengthen client trust and encourage repeat business.

Candidate Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in real estate sales or relationship management (developer or brokerage experience preferred).
  • Solid understanding of the UAE real estate market, pricing structures, and broker networks.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
  • Available to join immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
