Relationship Manager - Trade Finance

Position: Trade Finance Relationship Manager

Location: DUBAI

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Trade Finance Relationship Manager – Team Lead to manage corporate client relationships while leading and mentoring a small team of sales agents. The role combines business development, relationship management, and team leadership to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client & Business Management
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients
  • Acquire new business through direct sales and referrals
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable financial solutions
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

Eligibility & Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in trade finance, banking, corporate sales, or financial services
  • Proven experience handling corporate clients independently
  • Strong knowledge of trade finance processes and banking operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle high-value transactions
  • Target-driven mindset with strong closing ability
