Salary Structure: AED 8000+ Competative commission structure

What You'll be doing?

• Guiding Chinese-speaking clients through the exciting journey of buying, selling properties in Dubai.
• Building strong relationships and trust with international investors and local buyers.
• Working closely with exclusive developers on off-plan projects—your developer experience will be a major asset!
• Staying ahead of market trends and turning opportunities into success stories.
• Creating unforgettable client experiences (with a touch of flair!).

What We're looking for?

• Fluency in Mandarin and English (Cantonese is a bonus!)
• Proven experience working with property developers, especially in off-plan projects
• Solid background in real estate sales—freshers need not apply
• A go-getter attitude with a love for networking and negotiation
• UAE driving license preferred (but not a deal-breaker)
