Relationship Officer

Shaadi Organization Pakistan is seeking a proactive and client-focused Relationship Officer to manage and grow relationships with corporate and individual clients.

The ideal Relationship Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensure excellent service, promote our services, events, and contribute to customer retention and business growth. This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand clients needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, resolving client queries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, consultancy) to ensure smooth account management and service delivery.
• Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling solutions.
• Prepare reports on client activity, account performance, and pipeline growth.
• Assist clients with using app, website and to find solutions to their issues.
• This role demands a proactive, passionate approach to customer engagement and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• You will work closely with clients, providing hands-on training and strategic advice on utilizing the platform to maximize their reach and get results.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, psychology, international relation, marketing, advertising, public administration, or fields related to people.
• 2–5 years of experience in counseling, relationship management, account management ,or sales-oriented roles.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Persistent, hardworking, and passionate about achieving results.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet usage, and email communication.
• Professional demeanor and strong ethical standards.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
