Job Description

We are hiring dynamic and target-oriented Relationship Officer - Credit Card for a leading DSA in the UAE. Candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling credit card products to potential customers while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior banking or sales experience in the UAE or home country will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell bank credit card products to customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities through direct sales and referrals.
• Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per bank policies.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Follow up on leads and customer applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Freshers can apply.
• Banking, sales, or financial product experience will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Positive attitude and strong sales skills.
