Client Relationship Officer

CLIENT RELATION OFFICER

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address customer concerns.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest service improvements.
  • Prepare customer service reports and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer relations, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

SALARY : 3000 AED - 4000 AED

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
