Relationship Officer: Credit Card Sales

Job Summary:

As a Credit Card and Loan Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling credit cards and personal loans to potential customers. Your role involves direct sales, whether through retail outlets, phone calls, or fieldwork, to drive credit card and loans acquisition. You will engage with customers, explain product benefits, and help them choose the best options suited to their needs. Achieving sales targets, maintaining excellent customer service, and building long-term customer relationships are key components of this position.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

• Knowledge of credit card products and services is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive and confident with an ability to close sales.
• Customer-service oriented with problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Other Requirements:
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
• Knowledge of CRM systems or sales software is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings (if required).
