Reliability Engineer

• Large FMCG Manufacturer with multiple ANZ sites; role based near Liverpool
• Hands on relaiblity engineer with experience with CMMS (ideally Mex)
• Report directly to and act as 2IC for the Engineering Manager

Overview

The business is a market leader in the packaging space with multiple sites across ANZ. As the business seeks to enahnce its machinery reliablity they are looking for a Site Relaiblity Engineer reporting to the Engineering Manager directly at their Liverpool site.

Responsibilities

With exposure across the site you will be repsonsible for equipment effectiveness and relaiblity across 7 lines. Specifically you will:

• Schedule preventative, predictive and scheduled maintenance work plans and project work on site
• Schedule maintenance labour, including external contractor utilising MEX
• Control and order spare parts inventory, machine consumable andtooling
• Working closely with (and acting as 2IC) for the Engineering Manager lead all preventative maintenance projects
• Coordinate H&S audits and inspections

About You

You initially worked as a Trade (Machinist, Fitter etc) before moving into a reliablity focused role within FMCG Manufacturing. You will hold experience with a CMMS (ideally MEX) and be able to evidence having led relaibility projects in a mutli line processing facility. You will have aspirations to become an Engineering manager in the future.

Salary

Circa $115,000 + Super
