Remote Appointment Setter (U.S. Hours)

Only candidates with prior experience in cold calling or outbound appointment setting will be considered.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Appointment Setters to join our remote team.
You’ll contact U.S. based prospects, introduce our services, qualify interest, and schedule appointments for our Sales Representatives.

This is a long-term, stable remote opportunity ideal for motivated, confident communicators who thrive in performance-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using provided lead lists
• Introduce company services and qualify prospects
• Handle basic objections and answer common questions
• Schedule appointments with qualified leads
• Log call activity and follow-ups in the CRM
• Reattempt contact with non-responsive prospects

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting experience
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level) with strong verbal communication skills
• Confident, persuasive, and professional phone manner
• Organized and detail-oriented with basic computer/CRM knowledge
• Must be available to work U.S. business hours (evenings in Pakistan)

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)
• Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (U.S. time)
Saturday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (U.S. time)

• Salary: $300/month
• Bonuses: Performance-based incentives
