Remote Call Center Agent

We are hiring Remote Call Center Agents to join a fast-growing energy company helping homeowners qualify for energy-efficient upgrades.

This is a high-volume outbound role with strong earning potential for motivated individuals who want consistency and performance-based upside.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to homeowners
• Qualify prospects based on simple criteria
• Schedule appointments for our sales team
• Follow scripts and handle basic objections
• Update CRM with call outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills (English required, Spanish is a plus)
• Comfortable on the phone and able to handle volume
• Sales or call center experience preferred
• Reliable, consistent, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation

$14 – $18/hour (based on experience)

Sit and sales commissions (paid per appointment completed)

Performance bonuses for hitting daily/weekly targets
