Remote Corporate & Commercial Paralegal

Equivity is seeking an experienced Remote Corporate & Commercial Paralegal to support attorneys across a range of business matters, including corporate governance, contract management, commercial disputes, and issues involving confidential and proprietary business information.

This is a W-2 remote position offering competitive hourly pay and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while maintaining strong responsiveness and accuracy.

What You’ll Do

• Support corporate governance matters, including entity formation and corporate records
• Draft and review contracts, NDAs, and confidentiality agreements
• Assist with commercial litigation and business disputes involving trade secrets and confidential information
• Manage document review, discovery preparation, and case organization
• Maintain sensitive business records, filings, and compliance deadlines
• Prepare summaries, timelines, and exhibits for attorney review
• Manage files within firm case management systems and collaborate with attorneys to keep matters on track

About You

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of corporate, commercial litigation, or IP paralegal experience
• Experience with corporate governance documents and business agreements
• Familiarity with NDAs and protection of proprietary information
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple matters remotely
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe
• Professional home office setup
