Duties

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality customer support.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services while assisting customers with their needs.
  • Handle outbound calling for follow-ups and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall client services.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes.
  • Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while managing multiple calls in a call center environment.
  • Assist with cash handling processes as required, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred, with a focus on sales experience being a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Call center experience is an advantage, demonstrating the ability to manage high call volumes effectively.
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation of customer interactions.
  • Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
