Job Title: Remote Device Specialist
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive RPM Device Specialist (CMA/ RMA) to manage the end-to-end coordination of Remote Patient Monitoring device fulfillment and patient onboarding. This role is responsible for ordering, inventory tracking, device setup, patient education, monitoring connectivity, and troubleshooting device-related issues to ensure seamless program operations and high patient compliance.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, is highly organized, and is comfortable working with both patients and clinical teams to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Device Fulfillment & Inventory Management
- Coordinate RPM device ordering and fulfillment for new patient enrollments
- Track device inventory levels and maintain accurate logs
- Work with vendors to ensure timely shipping and delivery
- Monitor device returns, replacements, and reassignments
Patient Onboarding & Setup
- Contact patients to coordinate device delivery and setup
- Provide clear instructions and education on device usage
- Ensure devices are properly connected and transmitting readings
- Document onboarding completion in appropriate systems
Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Monitor device connectivity and transmission reports
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly
- Serve as the primary point of contact for device-related patient inquiries
- Coordinate escalations with vendors or clinical teams when necessary
Operational Coordination
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations Managers and care teams
- Maintain accurate documentation in RPM platforms and EHR systems
- Assist in workflow optimization and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
Qualifications
Required:
- 1–3 years experience in healthcare operations, RPM, medical devices, or care coordination
- CMA/ RMA certification
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable speaking with patients over the phone
- Basic technical troubleshooting ability
- Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Preferred:
- Experience with Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs
- Familiarity with Bluetooth-enabled medical devices
- Knowledge of CMS RPM guidelines

Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour
