Job Overview

Moore Haven Yacht Club, a premier 55+ residential community located by Lake Okeechobee in Florida, is seeking a professional and proactive Remote Digital Guest Services Coordinator to join our team. We are a welcoming community where residents enjoy a vibrant lifestyle with amenities including a clubhouse, swimming pool, and planned activities. This is a full-time, remote position responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our prospective and current residents through various digital channels. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organised, and dedicated to enhancing the resident experience.

This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $22 - $30 USD per hour.

Responsibilities

* Serve as the first point of contact for all digital inquiries, including emails, website contact forms, and social media messages, providing timely and professional responses.
* Provide detailed information about the community, amenities, and lifestyle to prospective residents.
* Assist current residents with queries, service requests, and feedback submitted through digital platforms.
* Manage and coordinate digital communications regarding community events, announcements, and planned activities.
* Maintain the community's online presence, ensuring information is accurate and engaging.
* Support the community management team with various administrative tasks related to digital operations and resident services.
* Uphold a high standard of customer service in all interactions, fostering a positive and welcoming digital environment for the community.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a customer service, guest relations, or administrative role, preferably in a remote setting.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanour.
* Strong digital literacy and proficiency in using email, social media platforms, and standard office software.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
* A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
* Experience in property management, hospitality, or a community-focused organisation is desirable but not essential.
* Familiarity with CRM systems or community management software would be an advantage.
