Remote Digital Media and Operations Assistant

About the Position
Our childcare center and nonprofit organization are looking for a full time remote team member who can help strengthen our online presence and support daily operations. This role involves a mix of digital tasks and administrative work, and is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.

What You Will Do

  • Maintain and update our websites
  • Create social media posts and manage content calendars
  • Assist with online marketing efforts and basic analytics
  • Design simple graphics and promotional materials
  • Handle email communication and respond to inquiries
  • Support nonprofit projects, outreach, and fundraising activities
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong written English
  • Experience with social media platforms and basic marketing tools
  • Website design
  • Familiarity with Canva or other design tools
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Comfortable working some hours aligned with US Eastern Time
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

  • Experience in childcare, education, or nonprofit work
  • Background in digital marketing or virtual assistance
