REMOTE Family Law Attorney

Role: Family Law Attorney
Location: New Jersey (Fully remote)

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney licensed in New Jersey to join a well-established and reputable law firm. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while handling a diverse range of family law matters.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support, and related issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage cases from inception to resolution with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

• Active license to practice law in New Jersey (in good standing).
• Minimum of 5 years of family law experience.
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
