Remote Freelance 3D & Animation Specialist (Rigging & Creative Editing)

We are seeking Advanced Creative Specialists with a fusion of technical and artistic mastery to support high-complexity AI training use cases. This role involves 3D manipulation, rigging, and creative visual transformations. This is a long-term freelance partnership intended for the full 12-month duration of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute advanced tasks including rigging static meshes and managing basic animation workflows.
• Perform style transfers, personalization edits, and "few-shot" creative editing.
• Adjust camera controls and 3D attributes to create visually realistic and technically accurate outputs.
• Utilize professional 3D software (Blender, Maya, etc.) to manipulate visual data.
• Conduct rigorous self-quality checks to achieve professional-grade results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in 3D and animation tools such as Blender, Maya, or Cinema4D.
• Strong understanding of rigging, camera movement, and core animation principles.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating 3D expertise. Important: Link must be public or include a password; we cannot review inaccessible portfolios.
• Nice to have: Prior experience with AI data labeling, annotation, or data-generation workflows

$18 - $20 an hour

Role Type: This is a long-term freelance engagement.Project Duration: The project is expected to run for approximately up to 12 months, offering significant stability for a freelance role.

Time Commitment: We expect a minimum dedication of 10 - 15 hours per week, with the potential to increase up to 50 hours per week. We are looking for partners who are interested in collaborating for periods ranging 1 to 12 months.
