Salary Range:

$29,120.00 - $41,600.00 per year.

Pay Transparency Statement:

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position across our US locations. The "pay scale" provided is a good faith estimate of the range the employer reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of hire. Actual salary will be determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and specific geographic location.

• Keeping Records Accurate: Documenting calls, processing requests, and updating account histories with precision.
• Handling the Details: Performing data entry and verifying documents to keep everything organized and up-to-date.

We’re looking for someone who brings their A-game every day. Here is what you’ll need:

• Tech-Ready: A smartphone for tool authentication and a reliable, compatible home internet connection (No mobile wifi, Verizon, T-mobile, Boost Mobile, or MetroPCS).
• Communication Pro: Strong writing and verbal skills.
• Fast & Focused: Ability to complete a quick typing assessment (minimum 25 wpm).
• Adaptable: You handle process changes with ease and enjoy working independently.
• The Basics: Must be 18+ years old, hold a High School Diploma or GED, and be willing to complete a background screening.
