The Remote Information Entry Coordinator (Admin) ensures operational data is captured, standardized, and maintained across systems. This role goes beyond basic data entry: you will coordinate intake from multiple sources, apply data quality rules, resolve inconsistencies, and support reporting. You will partner with operations, finance, customer support, or HR teams to ensure that records are accurate, complete, and auditable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily/weekly intake of information from emails, forms, spreadsheets, and internal tools.
  • Enter and reconcile data across systems; identify duplicates, gaps, and mismatches.
  • Apply data standards and validation rules; maintain master data definitions and field requirements.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to clarify missing information and close documentation gaps.
  • Maintain secure digital filing and indexing; ensure correct access controls.
  • Produce operational reports and summaries (volumes processed, exception logs, error trends).
  • Support process improvements: update SOPs, create templates, and propose automation opportunities.
  • Assist in audits by retrieving records, preparing evidence packs, and ensuring traceability.
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years in admin operations, data entry/coordination, shared services, or reporting support.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills (filters, pivots, data validation; basic formulas).
  • Familiarity with database like thinking: structured fields, consistency, and version control.
  • High accuracy, confidentiality, and ability to manage deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ERP/HRIS/CRM systems and ticketing workflows.
  • Arabic/English bilingual ability.
  • Knowledge of document control and ISO style documentation practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow SOPs and documented workflows precisely.
  • Clear written communication skills and professional tone in messages and updates.
  • Stable internet connection and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Experience in SaaS, e commerce, fintech, telecom, or logistics support in MENA.
  • Familiarity with quality frameworks (QA scoring, CSAT, NPS) and handling difficult conversations.
