REMOTE - Instagram Content Designer & Growth Strategist

We are seeking an Instagram-focused designer and strategist who can turn ideas into high-performing visual content. This role involves creating branded carousels, lead magnets, and event promotional graphics while building an Instagram growth strategy that drives engagement, lead generation, and conversions.

Master Terry Academy is building a media machine — and we’re not looking for average designers. We’re looking for creatives who understand algorithms, engagement psychology, and how to craft content that motivates people to follow, comment, share, and take action.

This is NOT just a graphic design job. This is a content warfare position — and each post is a bullet.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality carousels, infographics, and event promotional posts aligned with brand identity.
• Develop Instagram content calendars to ensure consistency and strategic posting.
• Collaborate on lead magnet campaigns to capture and convert audience interest.
• Monitor and analyze Instagram Insights (reach, engagement, saves, shares) and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Stay updated on Instagram algorithm updates and content trends to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Instagram design and strategy (portfolio required).
• Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of content hooks, engagement drivers, and call-to-action design.
• Ability to use analytics to optimize posts for reach and conversions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs280,000.00 per month
