Remote Insurance Defense Attorney (#3249163)

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney for our Reno office. The ideal candidate will have experience in at least one of the following areas: bodily injury defense, employment, and other insurance defense matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling civil cases through trial, including taking depositions, oral arguments, and hearings
• Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
• Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Nevada (additional state licensure is a plus)
• 7+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred)
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: bodily injury defense, employment, or other insurance defense matters (Required)

Pay: $110,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
