Who are we looking for?

We are a US-based land investment company that looks to expand acquisition operations. We are looking for a TOP sales talent to be the 1st point of contact with our warm leads. You job is to call to qualify the leads, build rapport, and set appointments for our acquisition manager to make offers.

Must-Haves:

  • Proven Sales Experiences & Track Records
  • Coachable - must be open to constructive feedback & willing to improve
  • Perfect English - minimal accent & 100% fluent

Time Commitment & Schedule:

  • Full-Time: 9 AM – 5 PM EST with a 1-hour break
  • Monday to Friday
  • 30-day trial period with performance review

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • 100+ outbound calls daily
  • 10+ conversations with sellers daily
  • Qualify sellers and set 4–8 appointments daily for the Acquisition Manager
  • Enter and maintain detailed notes in CRM (Follow Up Boss)
  • Support the acquisition pipeline by pre-screening and organizing qualified leads

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: E£100,000.00 - E£170,000.00 per month
