Requirements and responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (minimum 120+ calls per day) to generate and qualify leads.

Use Apollo.io and other lead generation tools to identify, research, and engage with target prospects.

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management.

Engage decision-makers across North American markets, effectively communicating FlairsTech’s (or client’s) value proposition.

Handle objections professionally and redirect conversations toward the discovery or meeting stage.

Schedule and confirm qualified meetings for internal account executives or client-side sales teams.

Execute multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to maximize connection rates.

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize messaging, scripts, and outreach strategies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM systems (HubSpot or client-provided platforms).

Provide daily activity reports and participate in team reviews to ensure performance goals are met.
