Requirements and responsibilities


  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (minimum 120+ calls per day) to generate and qualify leads.
  • Use Apollo.io and other lead generation tools to identify, research, and engage with target prospects.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management.
  • Engage decision-makers across North American markets, effectively communicating FlairsTech’s (or client’s) value proposition.
  • Handle objections professionally and redirect conversations toward the discovery or meeting stage.
  • Schedule and confirm qualified meetings for internal account executives or client-side sales teams.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to maximize connection rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize messaging, scripts, and outreach strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM systems (HubSpot or client-provided platforms).
  • Provide daily activity reports and participate in team reviews to ensure performance goals are met.
