This isn’t a “customer service” role. This is sales — legal sales — where compassion meets conversion. Every day, potential clients call in after accidents, injuries, or tough situations. They’re unsure. Scared. Hesitant. And you? You’re the calm voice that turns confusion into confidence — and hesitancy into signed retainers. You lead the call and get them closed.

If you can sell, listen, and lead with empathy, you’ll make money here. A lot of it.

You Are:

• A natural closer.
• Coachable — you actually want feedback because you care about getting better.
• Tech-savvy enough to be comfortable working remotely in a call environment on a auto dialer.
• A fast thinker who listens deeply and builds instant trust.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) — a major plus.

The Role:

• Handle inbound and follow-up calls from potential clients.
• Qualify, empathize, and convert — all in one call.
• Master scripts while sounding human, not robotic.
• Use our CRM and intake tools to keep every lead organized and moving forward.
• Work closely with our leadership team to refine your craft and maximize earnings.

The Schedule:

• Full-time: 5 days a week
• Choose your shift: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST
• 100% remote — must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet.
