We are looking for a customer-focused, and detail-oriented Remote Live Chat Agent / Help Desk Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide real-time customer support through live chat, email, and online messaging platforms while assisting customers with product inquiries, account support, order status, and basic technical troubleshooting. You will serve as a key point of contact, delivering timely and accurate solutions to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others, possess strong written communication skills, and thrive in a remote work environment. Both Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through live chat, email, and online messaging platforms.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account-related questions.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through step-by-step solutions.
  • Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Accurately document customer interactions within the company's CRM or help desk system.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
  • Meet performance goals, response times, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve customer service.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, live chat support, help desk, technical support, or call center operations is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent written communication, grammar, and typing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
  • Comfortable learning new software and customer support platforms.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
