Job Description
The Marketing Associate supports the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing activities across digital and offline channels. The role contributes to brand visibility, lead generation, and campaign performance by coordinating content, managing social media, supporting events, and ensuring consistent brand communication. This position is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, creative, and eager to grow within a fast‑paced marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Content Support
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms.
- Create, edit, and publish content including posts, captions, newsletters, and basic graphics.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Maintain the content calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Social Media & Digital Presence
- Manage day‑to‑day posting, engagement, and monitoring across social media channels.
- Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support SEO, website updates, and digital optimization tasks.
Events & Marketing Operations
- Assist in planning and executing events, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate logistics, registrations, and follow‑up communication.
- Maintain marketing databases, CRM entries, and mailing lists.
- Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral.
Brand & Communication
- Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone of voice.
- Draft internal and external communications as needed.
- Support PR activities, partnerships, and influencer collaborations when required.
Qualifications
- ·Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, Business, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation.
- Strong writing and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Meta Business Suite.
- Basic understanding of analytics and performance metrics
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Experience with B2B or SaaS brands is a plus
- Fluent in English & Arabic both written and spoken
· Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creative thinking, data analysis, & project management. and a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
